Located in the basement Safe Room of the 1897 Titles Office, Pooles Temple is the epitome of the classic, late night underground bar.

A dedication to the desires of nocturnal connoisseurs, with a highly considered bar list and distinctive bites, accompanied by the essence of curated live jazz, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

In honour of Parisian-influenced 1880 State appointed (and State Buildings) Architect, George Temple Poole — we worship at his temple of martinis, oysters and jazz.
