Sue Lewis brings the world’s finest covertures to Perth with her artisan handmade chocolates, made on-site at her Cathedral Square store.

A qualified chef with over 20 years of experience, Sue learnt the art of chocolate-making under master chocolatier Paul A. Young in London, and moved to Perth in 2011 after falling in love with the climate and the people.

Her Subiaco shopfront was named one of the top eight chocolate shops in the world by British Airways High Life Magazine, and now Sue brings her delicacies to the heart of the city, with her stunning State Buildings store. On its elegant marble bench Sue prepares her artisan chocolates, and welcomes chocolate-lovers with exclusive tasting nights and chocolate classes.
