Ease into Easter – A Week of Wellness!

Ahead of the Easter long weekend, join us to unwind and relax on the Cathedral Square lawn with complimentary Yoga, Pilates and Massages.

YOGA – 7am Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Complimentary 1 hour Yoga flow, thanks to Myall Wellbeing. Suitable for all ages and skill levels, you’ll feel relaxed and energised with this gentle flow to start your day. 15 mats are provided, but please feel free to bring your own. We also recommend bringing a jumper.

PILATES – 7 am Wednesday
Complimentary 1 hour Pilates sessions with the team from Heartbeat High Improving freedom in movement, flexibility, mobility and helping to strengthen and tone your body. A practice open to all levels and all ages. So bring your mat and the good vibes, we will do the rest.

MASSAGES – 11:30am to 1pm Monday – Thursday
Enjoy a complimentary massage with the remedial and relaxation therapists from Myall Wellbeing. Ease those aches and pains so you can enjoy your long weekend stress-free!
