Stretch, flex and release with FREE yoga sessions at Cathedral Square. 

Join the team at Best Body every Wednesday and Friday at 7:30AM to stretch before starting your day with a free mix of yoga and pilates.

Surrounded by the beautiful architecture of St George’s Cathedral, the State Buildings, and the City of Perth Library, enjoy a light stretch to start the day.

Sessions will start on Wednesday 2 February until Friday 11 March. Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle.

Location: Meet the instructor on the lawn at Cathedral Square. (Cnr Cathedral Avenue & St Georges Terrace, Perth)
Date/Time: Every Wednesday & Friday at 7:30AM.
