The WA Inspired Art Quilters invite you to hear about the research, inspiration and technique in their new suite of quilts titled ‘Nyoongar Country: Wetland Glimpses’.

Created to recognise the importance of the wetlands to Aboriginal people, these quilts also acknowledge the wetland network that was prevalent and abundant on Whadjuk Nyoongar country pre-colonisation.

The quilt suite will be on display in the City of Perth Library Foyer from Tuesday 21 August – Thursday 8 November 2018.
