Join the team from Heartbeat high as they take you through a session that uses body weight and small props to create a challenging and creative full body workout. Improving freedom in movement, flexibility, mobility and helping to strengthen and tone your body. A practice open to all levels and all ages. So bring your mat and the good vibes, we will do the rest
