Urban Art Gallery showcases Trevor Richard’s art installations taking over the Square this month, in partnership with Art Collective WA.

Take a walk through Cathedral Square to see Trevor’s artwork come to life – live until 13th March.

Trevor Richards presents a body of work that showcases the full breadth of his practice. Encompassing a singular colour palette and all created within the unusual confines of 2020, paintings and 3D forms in the gallery are complemented by architectural interventions outside in the Urban Art Gallery of Cathedral Square.

The uncertainty and isolation that the global COVID-19 pandemic induced is obliquely referenced in the works: colour and line interact within dark fields, and the evolution from raw beginnings to more refined statements can be traced throughout the exhibition.
